Bug fixes

• Resizing a property window (e.g. Stop settings) was affecting all other property windows
• Tidy up the prompt to add a new volume pedal
• Don't leave the Select Instrument Sets window open if the related list of instruments window gets closed
• OK from Configuration mode also saves any current changes in a property window before closing
• Cancel from Configuration mode could lose the list of available instruments for a Stop
